  • flat roof with at least 300m²
  • pitched roof with at least 160m², south oriented up to 45° east or west
  • roof is in a good condition
  • little shading, no additions or windows
  • approval of owner is available

  • Less heat in the attic (depending on the type of installation)
  • An optional, visible display with current energy data.
  • Small compensation for usage of roof.
